Cigarette Packing Machine

HLP 225

A high-speed cigarette packing machine operating at 225 packs per minute — equivalent to approximately 13,500 cigarettes per minute. Handles Round Corner, Bevel Edge, D-Type and Square hard-box formats with packing accuracy up to ±0.05 mm.

Machine Overview

Precision packaging.
Every pack, every time.

The HLP 225 operates at the packing stage of cigarette production — downstream from the making process — and is designed for high-speed packaging of finished cigarettes into hard-box formats. At its rated output of 225 packs per minute, the machine handles the equivalent of approximately 13,500 cigarettes per minute depending on pack configuration.

The machine supports four distinct packet formats — Round Corner, Bevel Edge, D-Type and Square — and accommodates a range of cigarette sizes including King Size, Demi, Slim, Super Slim and Nano. Dimensional accuracy in packing is rated at up to ±0.05 mm, relevant in markets where pack geometry affects retail presentation and downstream equipment compatibility.

The HLP 225 is built for automated, continuous operation with a maintenance interval of 10,000 to 12,000 operating hours. Energy consumption is approximately 25 to 35% lower than comparable machines of similar output capacity. All machines are manufactured in our Hyderabad facility, with spare parts available directly from Dastagir.

Key Features

What the HLP 225 delivers.

01

High-speed packing

Operates at 225 packs per minute, equivalent to approximately 13,500 cigarettes per minute — designed to handle high-output maker volumes without becoming a downstream bottleneck.

02

Multiple packet format support

Handles Round Corner, Bevel Edge, D-Type and Square hard-box configurations — covering the full range of standard retail pack geometries in international markets.

03

High packing accuracy

Dimensional tolerance of up to ±0.05 mm. Precise pack geometry supports compatibility with downstream cellophane wrapping equipment and consistent retail presentation.

04

Extended maintenance interval

Scheduled maintenance at 10,000 to 12,000 operating hours significantly reduces planned downtime frequency in continuous production environments.

05

Efficient energy use

Energy consumption approximately 25 to 35% lower than comparable machines at similar output rates, reducing the operational cost of the packing stage over the machine's service life.

06

Compact footprint

The machine's footprint allows integration into existing production facilities alongside making equipment, without requiring significant reconfiguration of the manufacturing floor layout.
