Cigarette Making Machine
Mark 9.5
Dastagir's high-output cigarette making system, operating at 4,500 to 5,000 cigarettes per minute. Fully automatic, with integrated MAX-S filter assembly and TFU — built for operations where throughput is the primary requirement.
Designed for speed.
Built for production.
The Mark 9.5 is Dastagir Machines' high-output cigarette making system, designed for production environments where throughput is the primary operating requirement. At its rated capacity, the machine operates in a range of 4,500 to 5,000 cigarettes per minute and is built to sustain that output across extended production runs.
The system integrates three purpose-built units: the Maker handles tobacco rod formation; the MAX-S manages filter assembly; and the TFU (Tray Filler Unit) maintains a consistent tobacco supply. Each unit operates as part of a coordinated assembly, keeping production flow compact and reducing inter-machine handling.
Construction is in stainless steel throughout, and the machine is engineered to standard power supplies of 220V and 380V. Scheduled maintenance intervals are set at 2,000 to 3,000 operational hours. All machines are manufactured in our Hyderabad facility, with spare parts available directly from Dastagir.

What the Mark 9.5 delivers.
01
High-output production
Designed for sustained operation between 4,500 and 5,000 cigarettes per minute — suited to operations where a single line needs to carry high daily volume.
02
Integrated MAX-S filter assembly
The MAX-S handles filter attachment as a continuous in-line process, reducing machine interfaces and potential output bottlenecks compared to separate downstream filter stages.
03
Fully automatic operation
Operator interaction is concentrated at setup, monitoring and scheduled maintenance rather than at continuous manual points along the production cycle.
04
Wide format coverage
Supports circumferences from 17 mm to 28.3 mm and lengths from 65 mm to 110 mm. Default at 84 mm standard — adaptable to Slim, Super Slim, Nano and King without a full machine change.
05
Stainless steel construction
The machine body is built in stainless steel, consistent with hygienic production environments and designed for durability across a long service life.
06
Extended maintenance intervals
Scheduled maintenance designed around 2,000 to 3,000 operational hours, reducing planned downtime frequency in continuous production environments.
Where the Mark 9.5
fits in production.
The Mark 9.5 is suited to manufacturers running large-format production facilities or those consolidating volume onto fewer lines. Its output range makes it appropriate for main production lines where a mid-range machine would become a throughput constraint.
The system's format flexibility means it can serve producers who manufacture across multiple cigarette specifications in the same facility. For downstream integration, the Mark 9.5 pairs with packing equipment such as the HLP 225, operating at 225 packs per minute. For lower-volume or secondary lines, the Mark 8 offers a comparable format range at a more moderate scale.
